When ordering one of our party rental items, we do all the heavy lifting for you. All you have to do is choose the date and book your rental items and leave the rest to us. We will deliver and set up before your party starts so your guests can enjoy everything as soon as the party starts. Before we leave, we will discuss all operations and safety processes so that you know how to use the items safely to prevent any injuries to your guests. Once your party is over, we will return and take the rental item back to our location for inspection, cleaning and sanitizing.
We try to keep our delivery area close to home to keep down our travel expenses, but are available to travel further away for larger events. This permits us to reach everyone fairly easily and quickly, specifically considering that we are extremely busy in peak season. If your party is outside of our normal delivery areas, please feel free to reach out to us to discuss your event details and to see how we can help you create that special party or event.

Does the price include set up and delivery?
Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Do you deliver to other cities?
Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.
Does the standard rental time include your set up time?
No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
When do you set up?
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
No. The jump should be clean when you get it. Party Time Rental and Event Planning cleans and disinfects after every rental.
